Join The Tribe

Become a member of the tribe, the Neekonnisiwin ( brotherhood ) Tribe.  It's a tribe of people like yourself, regardless of your real ethnic background, who band together as brothers and sisters to aid the Native American peoples in their rise back to a prominent stature.  A regular route to membership is $30.00 and currenly with lifetime membership.  Join here!!

The Neekonnisiwin ( brotherhood ) Tribe. It's an Ojibwe word for brotherhood.  Ojibwe is a language spoken by the Chippawas and we selected this word randomly so we hope that no tribe will feel left out by this selection.  If anyone can further elaborate on the etymology of the word Neekonnisiwin and maybe you can send us a recording of how it's best pronounced we would love to hear about it.  We'd also we like to learn other words for brotherhood from other tribes.

It is our hope that someday we can grow numbers of tribe members ( you! ) enough so that it would morph into an organization like the Shriners or the Lions club focused on helping the Native Americans. 

Membership is currently an excuse for asking for a donation.  However, soon, with membership we will give you access to webpages listing our accomplishments and give a high level explaination of how your donated money is being spent.  And hopefully soon, we might also add a forum or blog or some sort of facebookish page for members so we can create regional councils.  Hopefully some of the tribe members might step up and create and run that someday.
